This can often be the quickest and most cost-effective option, particularly if the rates offered by your existing lender are competitive.


Ideally you should start looking approximately four months before your existing rate finishes. Overtime as you repay your mortgage balance, and if you have added value to your home, the equity in your home may increase. This may, in turn, may qualify you for more competitive mortgage products. We can help you navigate the lenders and rates available with the aim of securing the suitable mortgage product for you.

We generally do not charge a fee for a straight forward re-mortgage. Under certain circumstances and if a case is more complex, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

 We will provide you with written confirmation of your fee prior to the commencement of any chargeable activity.
