Thomas Folan

With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Thomas offers advice on a wide range of areas, from pensions and investments, to mortgages and insurance.
Thomas prides himself on providing professional advice in a relaxed manner, and has built a reputation of trust and excellent service to his clients. His attention to detail is an asset for his clients, particularly for more complex cases and clients receiving income from different sources.
He is passionate that pension advice and pensions should be more accessible, especially for younger people and the self-employed.
Outside of work he enjoys running, mountain biking and live gigs.

Siobhan Brookes
Co-Founder & Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Siobhan started in the finance industry over 18 years ago, specialising in Mortgages and Insurance. During this time she has won several nationwide industry-focused competitions for her work.
Siobhan prides herself on making her clients feel at ease with her friendly, professional and personable service always going the extra mile. Siobhan is passionate about helping first time buyers take their first step on to the property ladder, and the support and guidance she offers her clients throughout the entire process is beyond compare.
As a wife and mummy to three young children, Siobhan has a good understanding of the pressures of a work/life balance. Outside of work and family, she likes to focus on her fitness.

Stacey Davies
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Stacey started working in the industry 15 years ago specialising in mortgages and protection. During Stacey’s time in the industry she has worked for a local building society and as an independent mortgage adviser. Stacey joined Folan Brookes in June 2023 and is proving to be a great addition to the team.

Stacey is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all her clients, she loves meeting new people and building long lasting relationships, ensuring they feel at ease during their mortgage journey. She loves nothing more than helping her clients make their home ownership dreams come true. Whether it is your first home, your forever home, or you are looking to re-mortgage, Stacey will provide expert advice in a relaxed and friendly manner.

Outside of work Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and exploring local walks with their family dog.
